PDF Inspection For Your Shark 100% inspection System

Shark has an optional function that allows you to compare the customer approved PDF file against the actual on press print.

    1. The customer provides an approved PDF file of the job
    2. The Shark scans into its memory a master image of the actual print on the press
    3. The customer approved PDF file is loaded into the Shark's memory
    4. Shark compares the master PDF to the actuls on press print 
Shark also has a backlight option useful for enhancing defect detection of difficult substrates.

Two Examples of Where PDF CAn Be Used

  • Identify text or graphics missing from the plate
  • Proof read foreign language print or characters
