Operation
- A new job is set up in the shortest possible time.

Overall View
Simultaneous display of the last detected defect, the corresponding section of the reference image and the live image of the complete repeat.

- The optional Job Report function of SHARK 4000 creates meaningful documentation for each roll and each job.
- In the Defect Grade Chart, the print development per defect type is graphically displayed.
- By carrying out a Golden Reference image comparison, the system can even detect slowly developing defects.
- Using an optional link, the system can be combined with a BST video web inspection system.
View Mode
Display of the complete repeat as a live image. The user can change between this view and the corresponding Golden.

Defect History
Detailed, graphical overview of all print defects that the system has detected during a job. Within the Defect History, it is possible to switch between reference and last defect image to improve defect assessment.
