BST Commander
BST commander combine a compact design and innovative technology with a simple operation. BST commander are suitable for a variety of ranges of application. Precise and fast signal processing form the basis of optimum guiding results
The commander is the central control station of the web guiding system, comparable with the human brain. So that the “brain”, or commander, can work correctly it requires information: What should the sensors be scanning, the web edge or some means of contrast? What is the correct position of the web which can be taken as a standard for the guiding process?
Once this information is stored the guiding process can start. The device receives the actual web position measured by the sensors and compares this with the set value.
If the commander recognises a deviation from this standard it sends a correction signal to the actuator of the guiding device and the position error is compensated.
